Having excelled in hockey, soccer, and baseball, Mike’s competitive spirit and drive for excellence have shaped his approach to both business and life where preparation, strategy, and execution are non-negotiable.

As the founder and principal investor of 14 Development, Mike combines financial leadership, creative vision, and a deep commitment to creating developments that stand the test of time. His portfolio spans purpose-built industrial parks, innovative housing solutions, and mixed-use spaces throughout Southern California and Nevada, all guided by a belief in long-term value creation and community impact.

Ryan Liu Originally from China and a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Ryan Liu brings technical expertise and strategic insight to his role as Director of Industrial Development at 14 Development.

With a strong engineering background and extensive development experience, Ryan leads the planning, design, and delivery of high-performance industrial projects. His work ensures every build meets strict standards for quality, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
